You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. After 7 days, we will not be able to provide refund services.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
All tags and accessories should be intact and returned with the item.
3. Refund Process
Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team via email or phone to inform them of your return request.
Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with return authorization information and further return instructions.
Return Item: Please return the item to the designated address, making sure to retain proof of mailing. Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or sent incorrectly.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchange services. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the above procedure to apply for a refund and then place a new order.
